During the Pandemic, sales of imported cars (made in China) skyrocketed with over 180,000 entering the market each year from 2021 – Current.  Sourcing parts and getting technical support from these manufacturers has always been challenging but more so now with the International Trade Commission (ITC) leveling very high tariffs on these imports.  Penalties for Antidumping 119% ~ 478% plus Countervailing Duties 31% ~ 679% are wreaking havoc.  Many of the import brands (and the dealers who sold them) have exited the US market and are no longer providing parts, service, or even honoring the warranties.
